This Initial assessment is your first step into our Health treatments.
During this appointment we will evaluate your current medical conditions and go through your medical history to get a better picture of your overall health.
Then we will determine what your future health goals are and design a plan of care that will be specific to your needs. You will also receive your first treatment once we've established you are a suitable candidate for this treatment.
