Initial Assessment
Description
This Initial assessment is your first step into our Health treatments. During this appointment we will evaluate your current medical conditions and go through your medical history to get a better picture of your overall health. Then we will determine what your future health goals are and design a plan of care that will be specific to your needs. You will also receive your first treatment once we've established you are a suitable candidate for this treatment.
