This Initial assessment is your first step into our Health treatments.
During this appointment we will evaluate your current medical conditions and go through your medical history to get a better picture of your overall health.
Then we will determine what your future health goals are and design a plan of care that will be specific to your needs. You will also receive your first treatment once we've established you are a suitable candidate for this treatment.

Initial Assessment

This session allows for up to 30, 45 or 60 minutes of cold laser treatment. Your therapist would have advised you on which length of session you would need during your initial assessment. Please note that the time indicated is the maximum time allowed for your session. The treatment itself may not last for the whole session time. 30 min is the minimum time allowed for this booking and there won't be any discount if the treatment is shorter. The time of exposure to the laser is determined by the laser device based on your body's needs.

Cold Laser only

Book this service for up to 30, 45 or 60 minutes according to your therapist's recommendation during your Initial assessment.

Massage + Cold laser

Laser tattoo removal

This treatment uses Intense Pulsed Light to target hair follicles and reduce hair growth permanently. The duration of each session, the number of sessions, and the price will depend on the size of the area(s) to be treated. An initial consultation and a patch test will be required prior to treatment so if it's your first treatment with us, please call us to inquire and get a quote.
Once you know the duration required for your treatment, you can book your following sessions online.

IPL Hair removal

This non invasive facial treatment can help tighten-up the skin to refine the shape of your face and lift-up sagging skin in a gradual and natural way by promoting collagen and hyaluronic acid production. RF Facial

This treatments combines different technologies to help reduce fat on specific areas of the body and tighten up loose skin as you go. Each session can include cold laser pads, Ultrasound fat cavitation, Radio Frequency, vaccuming and electromagnetic toning, depending on your specific needs. Body Sculpting

This massage is designed to relax the whole body and the mind using light to moderate pressure and techniques such as effleurage, petrissage and light stretching.
We use warm oil, heated table, dimmed light and soft music for a very relaxing experience.

Relaxation Massage

This massage treatment is a deeply relaxing experience combining a whole body relaxation massage and the use of hot stones to soothe those tight muscles and stimulate blood circulation. A must have during cold winter times.

Hot stone massage

This massage treatment is designed to target specific areas with muscle stiffness and soreness, or restricted range of movement. You can choose to spend the whole time on those specific areas or have a combination of whole body relaxation massage with remedial techniques on the targeted areas. Your therapist will adjust the treatment to your needs.
